Prime Juniors is designed for young athletes who love the game of soccer and want access to high-quality training, but who may also be seeking a more balanced approach to their soccer journey. The program provides a strong developmental environment with professional coaching and a focus on skill building, teamwork, and character — all while allowing players to maintain flexibility for other activities, academics, and family life.
Juniors is an excellent fit for players who are passionate about the sport but may not be ready or looking to commit to the full demands of our Academy sides. Training remains top-tier and highly competitive, with clear expectations and a professional atmosphere. While travel and scheduling may not be as extensive as Academy, players still receive exposure to competitive matches and meaningful opportunities for growth.
Importantly, Prime Juniors also serves as a potential pathway to our Academy program. For players who show the drive and desire to elevate their game, movement into the Academy level is always possible. Expectations are high, but intentionally balanced — ensuring Juniors players can thrive in soccer while maintaining a healthy balance in their overall lifestyle.
Prime Academy is built for ambitious players who are ready to fully commit to unlocking their potential. This is our highest-level youth program, designed for athletes striving to reach the next stage of their soccer journey — whether that means excelling in high school competition, advancing to the collegiate level, earning a place on the Prime UPSL First Team or Prime II squad, or even pursuing the professional game.
Academy players receive comprehensive training and development resources that go beyond the basics. From high-intensity training sessions and advanced tactical instruction to strength, conditioning, and performance support, every element of the Academy environment is crafted to prepare players for the highest levels of the sport.
The standards within Prime Academy are extremely high. Players are expected to train and compete with professionalism, consistency, and drive, reflecting the culture of excellence across the Prime organization. Academy sides also represent the club in the UPSL Academy system, providing elite competition and meaningful exposure against top youth players.
